On April 1st, the 2017 Northeast Ohio Christian Writers Conference was held at the Heritage Presbyterian Church in Amherst, Ohio. The theme of the conference this year was humor. The day started off with a continental breakfast and registration. Committee Chair, James O. Barnes opened up with conference with MooreWriting’s Robert J. Moore leading the opening prayer. The day was filled with panels, workshops and presenters on writing and publishing.
During lunch, author and speaker Jeanette Levellie gave an inspirational and humorous presentation.
Author Richard E. Todd won the Creamed Corn Award for the second year in a row. Robert J. Moore won the IWA recognition award.
